Floyd Forced Them to Commit Serious Crimes

Hi Mr. Tom,

Officer after officer said they committed serious crimes for fear of losing their jobs. If the same officers were making 45K a year, nothing would have been different. It is predictable that that the City will pay out tens of millions in civil claims in the up-coming years. It would have been and still is more cost effective to pay our officers at least a livable income. The old saying, “you pay for what get, or history repeating itself.”

People Who Trust Law Enforcement Officers

Dear Mr. Sampson:

Thank you for contacting Governor Rick Scott’s Office.  The Governor appreciates your concerns and asked that I respond on his behalf.

Those who believe law enforcement officers may be guilty of criminal misconduct should bring their evidence to the local state attorney.  Each state attorney is an elected official charged with certain discretionary duties, including the duty to determine whether or not to prosecute any particular crime committed within his or her jurisdiction. This decision is based on the quality and quantity of the evidence of guilt shown, and in the best interest of justice. The state attorneys operate independently, and as elected officials, they answer to the voters of their individual jurisdictions.

To ensure they are aware of your concerns, I forwarded a copy of your email to the state attorney in the First Judicial Circuit. For further assistance, I encourage you to contact that office directly.

Thank you again for taking the time to contact the Governor’s Office.

The Most Corrupt Police Department in America

Dear FBI,

Officer for officer, pound for pound, Crestview might have the most corrupt police department in America. Of the 65 member force, it is hard to find a police officer that HAS NOT committed several felonies and admitted to them under oath. I could write a hundred pages about legal documents, records, newspaper articles, magazine stories and T.V. news.  The best way to review my request for a FBI investigation is to use Google” as your search engine and enter in Crestview Joseph Floyd.”

Of all the information that can be found, consider what is not said. Where were the members of the States Attorney’s office for five years solid while an entire police force was running rouge in our community? The police and ASAs worked together  to obtain convictions. Our Mayor, David Cadle, bragged about having a 90% conviction rate.

Right here, right now, today, there are hundreds of victims who have had their lives altered or destroyed. Many have had their property taken from them by false reports, fabricated evidence, perjury, planted evidence…etc…etc. Ex-police officer Tim White has a court date of May 20th 2013.  In Oct of 2011, White handed Mayor Cadle a written confession letter about committing several felony grade crimes. Officer White was permitted to remain an active duty until July of 2012, when he was fired. He was arrested one year from the date on his confession letter. Why was he allowed to remain a police officer for nine ( 9 ) months? “Crestview Tim Whites.”

For an extended period of time, Major Joseph Floyd was having a sexual affair with ASA LaShawn Riggans and was having her sign off on legal documents for him. Riggans was not in Floyd’s chain of command. ASA Bill Bishop was aware of the relationship for at least three years now and failed to take any action. We understand that she was investigated, but the report was never made public. She is in private practice today.

What if every case that resulted in an arrest, and a conviction based on sworn statements by the Crestview P.D. was over-turned like they should be. What a mess, it would be a legal nightmare resulting in some ASAs losing their jobs. The cost will be staggering, tens of millions of dollars for re-trials and lawsuits.

Damage control, The Mayor, his taxpayer provided attorney, new police Chief and the States Attorneys office are engaged in a massive cover-up. They really think of themselves as the good guys. They are not; they are about themselves not being exposed for their conduct and actions.

Thank you for your time and reply.

When Chief Brian Mitchell Came

Open Letter

When Chief Brian Mitchell came in as the Chief of police, we as Crestview citizens and the department employees were ready and in need of a change. There had been a long record of corruption and wrongdoing within the Crestview Police Department that has brought shame to a department and officers that did not deserve this ridicule. The department’s morale was low and did not take pride in the department, with the turn-over rate too high. Chief Mitchell came in and turned this around, and the department began to climb up from the low name that it has had in the past. Chief Mitchell brought in fresh employees with him from other departments that he hired and recommended for their jobs, bypassing the promotion process and leaving some dedicated City of Crestview employees to the side without consideration. What cost did this have on the department and will have in the future? As with any change within a department, you have successes and failures.

Today’s problem is the officers’ morale that has wavered the rough times and made this department what it is today. Chief Mitchell and his self-appointed administration has ruled with intimidation and has officers scared to speak up because they have so much invested within the City. Some officers will stand up and do the right thing, but they need the support of Crestview and the City Government. People are blinded by the numbers produced by the police department and do not see the corruption and tactics used by Chief Mitchell’s administration. The police department should not use intimidation and the fear of losing your job to control employees. This is a known tactic used by the administration, especially by Major Joseph. He has successfully moved up the department ranks in a short time and seems to be the leader of this intimidation. He has purged himself in numerous cases and persuaded officers to be untruthful with intimidation of losing their employment.

We need an impartial committee to come to the department and look at the operations. Mayor Floyd is the bad seed within this department that needs to be taken out before it falls into the same shape that it was years ago. Do not let one person ruin something that everyone in the City and the Police Department has worked so hard to correct. Chief Mitchell has protected Major Floyd, and the time has come for this to stop. This letter will be sent out to everyone that has a vested interest in this corruption to stop. Please do not ignore these problems within the department as we have in the past. WE KNOW THE OUTCOME WHEN YOU IGNORE CORRUPTION.

Sincerely,
Your Local Intimidated Officer.

Think of What You Are Doing to Your Father

Think of what you are doing to your father. Under-age girls, dog bites, DUIs, and a billboard with your mugshot on it. Does it never end? Just when Don can come out in public without a bag over his head and you pull this stunt Now you are playing footsie with AOC in Congress OMG it is even on worldwide news. You have  business, right here in Crestview. You remember Crestview, they assisted you in getting into office.  Out of respect for Don, STOP IT. Pay attention to what is important. It is not cow farts, trains to Hawaii, or free Willy. This is real life. Right now, right here, there are people sitting in prison today and are not supposed to. You remember I have been telling you for years now. Not one return email from you about anything. I am almost finished writing a book about the decline of America. No one cares and I can prove it. I have been telling you and everyone else for years. I get sent ” form “letters from different political people that only change the name. They tell me, ” I do not see anything in it for me.”   NEXT
